The Finance department manages and controls all financial functions of company globally in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and comprised of the following main areas: General and Cost Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury and Risk management, Payroll, Tax, Financial Planning and Analysis.

In addition to finding and developing these strategic suppliers, Global Sourcing is also responsible for measuring, monitoring, and coaching suppliers for continuous improvements in cost, on time delivery, as well lead time reductions. Negotiated contracts are used often to formalize both parties’ expectations.

The legal department handles the wide range of legal issues that arise in the course of BPI’s business. The legal department works closely with the business, serving as both strategic business partner and legal advisor.
Customer service representatives are responsible for managing all incoming order and claim services, interacting with customers, maintaining and strengthening relationships, enhancing our company image, and supporting initiatives to help the business grow.
Our Engineers and Product Managers work hand-in-hand within each product category. Our Engineers are responsible for the analysis and creation of new product designs for manufacturing or sourcing in the global brake automotive aftermarket; product managers are responsible for the product management, planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle. We are committed to creating innovative solutions through engineering excellence in the automotive sector to be the “Best In Brakes”.
Employees are responsible for analyzing demand to determine inventory replenishment and stocking levels, while optimizing customer line fill; employees are also focused on analytics to drive process improvement and metrics.
Distribution employees are responsible for the receipt and storage of products shipped from BPI factories as well as the entire Global Supply Chain. They are also responsible for the fulfillment of orders and the shipment of product to all of BPI’s North American customers.
